How can I purchase a Solorrow subscription plan?

To order a Solorrow subscription plan, please fill out the form above. You will then receive a written offer by e-mail. As soon as we have received the invoice amount for the selected subscription plan, we will activate your Solorrow account for the selected number of hectares.

Is there a minimum contract period for the Solorrow subscription plans?

The minimum contract period for the Solorrow subscription plans is one year . The subscription plans are automatically renewed after the end of the year.

How can I terminate the Solorrow subscription plans?

The annual subscription can be terminated on a yearly basis in writing with one month's notice to the end of each year (contract period - not calendar year).

Can I increase my subscription plan during the contract period?

If you try to add more hectares in Solorrow than you have subscribed for, the app will inform you about this. You then have the opportunity to switch to the next higher subscription plan.

I want to add more than 1,000 hectares in Solorrow - what can I do?

If you want to add more than 1,000 hectares in Solorrow, you receive an individual offer for your farm size. Just send us an e-mail to support@solorrow.com oder leave a note in the message box of the form above about your desired number of hectare.
